Rates
Prices listed do not include taxes or fees, unless otherwise listed. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. Call for long-term rates.
Guests
HarBet Lodge is meant to be enjoyed by families and friends. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed, including children. Any damage to the property during your stay will be billed accordingly at the cost of repair or replacement. HarBet Lodge is not responsible for overseeing farm animal and ranch activities. Parties, events, and commercial photography are strictly prohibited.
Pets
HarBet Lodge does not accept pets.
Deposits
A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required for all reservations.
Cancellation
Due to HarBet Lodge’s intimate size, all reservations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. HarBet Lodge adheres to a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit will be refunded if we receive notification more than 14 days prior to your arrival. If, for any reason, you cancel your stay within 14 days, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancelling less than 48 hours in advance, early departures, and no-shows will be responsible for fees equaling the entire stay. A 90-day cancellation notice is required for full-house bookings and special events.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver’s license.
Smoking
HarBet Lodge is a non-smoking facility. Absolutely no smoking of any type is allowed in the building.
