Rented only as the whole house, your time in Alvin is spent in peace with the ones you love. Accommodating up to 12 guests, your price per night is always the same, whether a romantic getaway for two or a family getaway to create memories and share moments.
Beautifully decorated, this four-bedroom and three-bathroom farmhouse accommodation is filled with rustic charm and modern amenities. Sit with your family around the outdoor fire pit, telling campfire stories and indulging in s’mores under the big Texas stars. Feed the mini horses or fish for Bass on the property’s private lake. Relax with your friends and family and enjoy each other’s company.
Upon arrival, find a charcuterie board and wine waiting to greet you and an option to add-on a kitchen stocked with country breakfast options to prepare breakfast or brunch at your leisure each morning.
Perhaps the most exciting of it all is being on the ranch. Seeing the chickens, cows, and horses, and meeting Doc, the resident large animal veterinarian next door and one of your hosts. If you are interested in large animals, spend an hour or a day at the clinic learning about the care of horses and cattle. Take a farm tour on the ATV, by mule, or hayride. Learn how to saddle a horse or taste the honey from the farm’s Honey bees.
